Each item is made with precision and integrity. Before purchasing do understand that these bags are handmade items and may include a minor flaw. Unless bag has major damage and is unwearable there will be no returns. Please email pictures of the bag’s damage immediately upon receipt of the bag and return bag for further review. Upon review a correction/or compensation will be issued.
